Cancellation policy

At ShutterBuzz (ShutterBuzz is a photography and imaging retail brand operated by Colo Venture.), certain products or services may be offered through advance booking, pre-orders, subscription-based purchase options, or special purchase arrangements. This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations are handled for such orders.

Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Once an order is successfully cancelled before dispatch:

  • the full eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method,
  • and the refund will typically be processed within 7 to 15 business days.

Orders Already Shipped

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled directly.

Such orders will fall under our Refund & Return Policy after delivery, subject to eligibility and inspection conditions.

Pre-Orders & Special Orders

Products purchased under:

  • pre-order offers,
  • special import orders,
  • limited stock reservations,
  • or custom procurement requests

may not be eligible for cancellation once confirmed.

If cancellation is approved in exceptional cases, processing charges, payment gateway fees, currency conversion fees, or supplier cancellation charges may be deducted.

Subscription or Recurring Purchase Options

If any recurring purchase, subscription, membership, or auto-renewal service is introduced on the website:

  • customers may cancel future renewals before the next billing cycle,
  • cancellation will stop future charges only,
  • and previously processed payments will generally remain non-refundable unless required by law.

Fraud Prevention & Verification

ShutterBuzz reserves the right to:

  • hold, reject, or cancel orders flagged for fraud prevention,
  • request identity or payment verification,
  • and refuse cancellations where misuse, abuse, or suspicious activity is detected.

Refund Timeline

Approved cancellation refunds are generally processed within:

  • 7 to 15 business days for prepaid orders,
  • subject to bank and payment gateway processing timelines.
