Every case in this range is rated IP67 — fully dust-tight and protected against immersion — and every one ships with foam and a cutter, so you shape the inside to your own kit the day it arrives. Case, foam and cutter in one box
Each case includes solid foam sheets, a convoluted sheet already fitted in the lid, and a snap-off cutter. Lay your gear on the top sheet, mark the outline, cut. Nothing else to buy to get started, and you can cut a fresh sheet whenever your kit changes. Pre-cubed pluck foam and machine-cut custom CNC foam are available on the larger orders — custom foam gives the tightest fit and is what rental houses and broadcast crews order.
Choosing a size
Work from the interior dimensions, not the outside. Foam takes roughly 20 mm on every side once cut, so a 300 x 225 x 132 mm interior gives you about 260 x 185 x 92 mm of usable space. Every product page lists the interior, the exterior, the base and lid depth split, the total volume and the usable volume after foam.

These are moulded in polypropylene with corrosion-resistant nylon hardware, a continuous lid seal, an automatic pressure equalisation valve for air transport, two-stage snap closures and padlock eyelets. Most models carry ATA 300, STANAG 4280, DEF-STAN 81-41 and MIL-STD-810 certification alongside IP67 — field-equipment standards rather than photography ones — so the same cases are used for drone payloads, survey and test instruments, optics, medical field kits and deployable comms gear.
