Falcam F38 Quick Release Kit for DJI RS4 Mini (model F38B5201) pairs a base made for the DJI RS4 Mini with an F38 anti-deflection quick release plate V2. Both parts are 6061 aluminium and the kit weighs about 92.6 g.

The base has a built-in gear structure for front-to-back balance adjustment and three positioning slots on the bottom screw for left-right placement. A single push locks the mechanism so the release button cannot be pressed by accident.
